As a discussion-based workshop, Office Hours aligned high-impact leaders in the media industry with mentees in micro-mentorship sessions. As mentorship is only seen at the early stages of careers, mentees were defined as experienced mid-senior level creatives and professionals with an emphasis on storytelling through bold editorial, visual storytelling, and cultural marketing.

Cosmic Love was an art show featuring the work of Dominican American interdisciplinary artist Hennessy Sanchez. Born and raised in Harlem, Sanchez work is centered around the idea of identity, perseverance, and love. During the event attendees enjoyed a sound bath, poetry, and a live performance from Brooklyn-based rapper Cxld.

An experience meant to tackle what communication and cultural awareness means for storytellers of color. Talk To Me Nice tackled what the faux-pas of relationship building with colleagues of different backgrounds are, how internal rapport, understanding, and support impact work, and what it means to champion for yourself and others in the workplace.The goal of this discussion-based workshop was to identify where nuance really drives home the point of feeling seen through colleagues, campaigns, and communication.
